Nortel 6 Port Fiber Expansion Card

 

Connects additional Fiber Trunk, Fiber Station, or Analog Station Modules to expand core Modular ICS capacity.

Features:

• Fits into slot 2 (a half-width slot) of the ICS - the other half width slot (slot 1) is reserved for the Services Cartridge
• With XC software, two Six-Port Expansion Cartridges can be installed in the Modular ICS, the first in Slot 2, the second in Slot 1

Compatible with:

• Module ICS core only

 

Nortel Trunk Module

Used to add trunk interfaces to the core Modular ICS.

Features:

• Fiber Trunk Modules may be connected to the Modular ICS by a fiber DS30 cable (included)
• Each Fiber Trunk Module holds up to three Trunk Cartridges
• There is one emergency transfer port per Trunk Module
• All analog trunk cartridges are supported in the Fiber Trunk Module
• Digital Trunk Interface (DTI) Cartridges and the Services Cartridges are not supported in the Fiber Trunk Module
• ISDN-BRI Cards are supported only on Trunk Modules 3 and 4 (2-port expansion), or Trunk Modules 7 or 8 (6 or 12-port expansion)

 

Nortel Station Module

Used to add additional station ports to the Modular ICS core, Fiber Station Modules are connected by a DS30 fiber cable (included).

Features:

• Each Fiber Station Module expands the core Modular ICS system by up to 16 station ports

 

Nortel FastRAD

The Nortel Norstar Fast Remote Access Device RAD NT8B80AAAB allows your telephone system engineer to connect to your Nortel Norstar telephone system remotely. This card is needed to administer your phone system, and to fix any problems. It is compatible with all Norstar systems with DR2 software or greater.
